Returne & Exchange

We want you to love your Mruu set! If not, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With tags attached and in original packaging

Sport bras are nor returnable or exchangeable

We’ll guide you through the return process and send you the return address.

Refunds: Once we receive your items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or color, let us know and we’ll ship it once your return is confirmed.

Notes

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

Sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for size if available.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
